By purchasing or accessing the training, you (“Customer”) agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Service

The training materials provided by Valosa Imaging Ltd are delivered online via LearnWorlds. The content is provided for educational purposes only.
Valosa Imaging Ltd is a company incorporated in Finland with Company registration Number 3439634-9.

2. Acceptance

By completing a purchase or accessing the training, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

3. “As-Is” Provision

All training materials are provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Finnish law, Valosa Imaging Ltd shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of, or reliance on, the training materials, including but not limited to technical, financial, or operational losses.

5. Use of Content

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, all purchased materials are provided under a personal, non-transferable license to the individual who registered on the website and completed the purchase, and may not be used, shared, or accessed by any third party. Redistribution or reproduction of the content without prior written consent is prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the training materials remain with Valosa Imaging Ltd. No ownership rights are transferred to the Customer.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Finnish courts.

8. Consumer Rights

If the Customer is a consumer, mandatory statutory rights under Finnish and EU law remain unaffected by these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

Valosa Imaging Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. The version in force at the time of purchase shall apply.
